Naam and Prayer not only helps us align ourselves on a spiritual path but also bring us spiritual bliss. It enables us deviate our energy from participation in any kind of toxic environment, habits, conflicts, gossips or addictions to doing things that elevate us spiritually and also bring us mental peace, healing and harmony.
Naamsmaran:
Whenever you chant God’s name in spirit whether you say it 12 times, 24 times, or 108 times, say it with absolute love and devotion for God. You can choose your naam for whichever diety you believe in if you don’t have the time to recite all mantras. God is one.
Mantras and Stotras:
For mantras, don’t be conscious of the count 108 times, otherwise you will be more focussed on the count and not the devotion, concentration part of it. For Stotras, you can choose your capacity to build sadhana.
1) Lord Dattaguru: the more powerful way to recite it
Om Dram Dattatreyay Namah- 108 times.
Dattamala mantra/stotra: 21 to 7 times or atleast once a day.
