Devotion to Dattaguru.

Digambara Digambara, Shripada Vallabha Digambara I

Brahma Vishnu Maheshwara, Shripada Vallabha Digambara II

Dattatreya is the incarnation of the Hindu trinity Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh. Can we see Father, no we see Christ right? We have to go to Father through Christ. Similarly we worship Dattatreya as we cannot see the lord himself, Dattaguru. Dattaguru clears ancestral issues which we call pitru dosh which result in delays and obstacles in our life. There are many avatars of Dattatreya namely Shripada Sri Vallabha, Narasimha Saraswati, Swami Samartha, Gajanan Maharaj, Manik Prabhu, Sai Baba and many more.

There are many pilgrim places where we can seek darshan of the lord, namely Narasobachi Wadi in Kolhapur, Pithapuram in Andhra Pradesh, Kuravapur in Karnataka, Girnar etc. It is believed that Narasimha Saraswati stayed 12 years in Narasobachi Wadi in Kolhapur. You may recite Dattamala or mantra “Om Dram Dattatreyay Namah” on a daily basis as sadhana.
