Much has been said about the appalling condition of women in free India but not much has been done to protect women from white collar crimes. Women coming from protected families don’t realize what’s been done to them as we tend to see the good side of people.
Most whistle blowers are harassed, set up for crimes they didn’t do, dismissed illegally as a way to silence their voice and cover up abuse cases to avoid accountability. We don’t want more survivors👇.
1. Bullying and Belittling:
Unprovoked, if your managers/bosses regularly scream, shout at you, it’s not normal. I felt weakness to a point, was not able to lift a mouse. I would drag myself from station to home feeling tired, could have passed away. A 19-year-old student from Himachal Pradesh died following months of ragging and mental harassment.
2. Systematic sabotage:
Managers making you work below capacity for years on a job role that does not suit your experience level, forcing you to work under juniors, stealing your work credits, drafting fake KRA mails-this is sabotage.
3. Slavery:
If you work on a project single handedly but, after handing over your finished product post years of hardwork, if your bullies make you sit in the audience and present your work as their own- that’s slavery.
4. Gang stalking:
A group of employees watching your every move- who you talk to, where you go, blackmailing you for venting out, threatening you to not report, checking what print outs you take, men standing behind your back observing who you are writing mails to- you’re being gang stalked.
5. Illegal surveillance:
If you find your manager insisting you sit only at a particular desk and your managers/bosses frequently look at the ceiling above your desk- possible you are being watched illegally. Be careful they might send someone to set you up for something you may not even be aware of. This is illegal surveillance.
6. Hacking of devices:
If you see pop ups on your iPhone stating “your iPhone has been hacked”, you see your battery draining abnormally, your phone heating up without much use – possible your phone is hacked. If you see moving eyes on your system or say you see personal Gmail ids of your bullies on your outlook as suggested ids when you have never sent an email to these ids before- it’s not a system glitch, you’re hacked.
7. Character assassination:
If you’re being exiled, hammered with forced character assassination, forcefully linked with or accused of something you didn’t do- you’re being set up.
8. Management involvement:
If your HR flips your reporting on you, harasses you with false accusations calling you incompetent, arrogant, dominating, mentally ill, blocks your promotions/brings down your ratings post reporting, pays you bare minimum salary, violates your civil rights to seek answers and justice for years- your management is involved in cover up.
