Having the anointing of Christ or any of his prophets comes with persecution. Persecution because you are of the light and the light triggers insecurities in people who project their darkness on you. If they didn’t accept Jesus, why will they accept you?.
“The emotional pain of all sins that people experience when others wronged them- rejection, abandonment, murder, rape, adultery, loss, injustice, theft and deception will be laid on you just like Christ”.
The devil energy of lies, envy, hate, lust and greed is against works of God and this energy triggers people closest to you to attack you, drain you in a way that you give up on the mission work God has for you. This is because what people closest to you say to you or of you affects you the most. We don’t get to choose mission work- God chooses his anointed. Just the way Jesus left Nazareth, God may move his chosen to a distant land away from their home country due to the persecution they suffer, it is for them to not be bothered and focus on the mission work God has for them.
Mark 6:4- Jesus said to them, “My prophets will be honoured everywhere except their own family, relatives and hometown”.
Genesis 12:1- Lord said to Abram, “Go from your country, your people and your father’s household to the land I will show you”.
